I retain full ownership and exclusive rights to the artwork. The client may not claim authorship or use it beyond personal purposes.

The artwork may be used for non-commercial purposes only, including limited personal printing or sharing, as long as proper credit is given.

The artwork may not be used in any form of AI technology, including training, promotion, or any AI-related purposes.

Payment methods: PayPal (USD) for international clients, and bank transfer or MoMo for clients in Vietnam.

A 50% deposit is required before starting the sketch, and the remaining 50% must be paid after the color sketch is approved.

Please notify me once the payment has been successfully sent so I can confirm and proceed with the commission.

If the commission is canceled by either the client or the artist before any work has begun, the client will receive a full refund.

Once the sketch has done, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable. If the client chooses to cancel after paying the remaining 50%, the client will be refunded that remaining amount and will receive the final approved sketch only.

If the artwork is near completion or has entered the final rendering stage, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.

Please provide a detailed description of your ideas, references, moodboard, and any other requirements. For illustration commissions, basic character information is required; backstory or lore is highly appreciated.

You will receive two grayscale/line sketch options. If neither option meets your expectations, one additional sketch will be provided at no extra cost. The sketch includes up to 2 revisions.

During the color sketch stage, up to two free revisions are allowed. After approval, major revisions will incur additional fees, while minor changes may be adjusted for free at the artist’s discretion.

The final artwork will be delivered in full resolution (PNG/JPEG/TIFF) via email. The working file (PSD) is available for an additional fee( $5 - $10).

An estimated completion date will be provided. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

I always put painting quality at my best level, so during the rendering process I may have new and better ideas about minor and small details and I will discuss them with you first. If you also accept this change of course it will be completely free.

Commission prices are calculated per character.

Clients who commission two or more characters will receive a 20% discount. A 20% discount also applies to UI commissions of four or more screens.

The pricing table is for reference only. Rates are negotiable with me depending on the complexity of the work.

The concept commission price includes front/back views and basic details, from sketch to full render. Additional concepts (weapons, costume sheets, etc.) will be charged separately based on the price list above.

Concept and Illustration commissions include a simple background. Complex backgrounds will be charged an additional $50–$200, which will be discussed upon receiving the commission.

All commissions intended for commercial use are subject to an additional +200% commercial fee. UI/UX and Game Art include this fee by default; non-commercial use may be discussed for a reduced rate.
